Eagle Urban Transition Centre (EUTC)

Following the establishment of the E.A.G.L.E. Urban Transition Centre (EUTC) in Winnipeg in March 2005 as mandated by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, the centre has been providing services and programs to primarily First Nation/Indigenous people, particularly those that are transitioning to city life. The EUTC provides counselling, advocacy and referral services, workshops, cultural supports and youth programming that is tailored towards meeting the needs of First Nations/Indigenous people requiring holistic support. By working as a team and by providing the type of services and supports reflected in its mandate, the EUTC hopes to encourage and empower our clients in their effort towards improving their socio-economic status in the urban environment.
